CFCC

Bridging the gap of

canada-EU business trade

The CFCC is dedicated to the promotion of International Trade, Investment, and Business Connections between Finland and Canada. We facilitate greater relationships between the Canadian and Finnish Industries, and offer opportunities for our members to network and build valuable, mutually-beneficial business connections. We do this, largely, through enjoyable and educational social and business events.

Founded in 1971, we are a private-sector non-profit organization governed by an elected board.  We are actively involved in the communities we serve. Not only in facilitating greater connections and education for the Finnish, and Canadian Business Communities, but in investing in the success of entrepreneurs. One way we do this is by co-sponsoring the Finnish Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Award, as well as by offering Educational Scholarships, and more.

We closely cooperate with other Canadian and EU Organizations such as the Chambers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, British along with the EUCCAN to broaden the networking potential for all of our members.

The Canada-EU Trade Agreement (CETA) has opened the door for greater trade relationships between Canada and Europe. Described by the Ontario government as “Canada’s most ambitious trade initiative ever… broader in scope and deeper in ambition than the historic North American Free Trade Agreement.”

We have many membership options available, all with their own set of great benefits for entrepreneurs and business owners. Check out our Membership pages to decide which plan is right for you!
